Wanna learn something completely different on ukulele? Join us for a group lessons with the Pittsburgh Ukulele Brigade! Multi-level group lessons will focus on the development of your musicianship, integrating rhythm, strumming, singing, and instrumental picking parts in an ensemble format. Lesson cost includes paper/electronic materials and videos. You must provide your own ukulele—low G is encouraged! Beginner+—Advanced

Join Amber from 6:00-6:30 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month for a FREE lesson. Material repeats monthly, and will cover the basics of tuning, care, The Fantastic Four Chords in C, learning to practice, and how to navigate your first SCU Meetup. Beginners are encouraged to attend SCU following each lesson. Registration is not required, but is encouraged!

Not yet ready for the PUB? Get caught up on strumming, note reading, singing, and harmonizing with these lessons for confident Beginners. Can you play the I, vi, IV, and V/V7 chords in C and G, but maybe aren’t yet ready to sing with confidence? This class is for YOU! Beginner+, not for a raw beginner.
Thursday Workshop Club—STARTS in January, 2024!
1st & 3rd Thursdays, 7:00-8:15 Eastern
$20/indivdual class, or $120 for the block of 8 classes. Lessons are small group in-person, but can be made online if you aren’t local to Pittsburgh, PA.

At NHSS we offer both small group and individual lessons. Whether you learn best by collaborating in a group setting, or prefer the immediacy and personal attention of a private lesson we have an option for you. We also offer a variety of performance opportunities throughout the year.
